About 241 Books

We are a team of former educators and curriculum developers who believe that literacy and social studies are natural partners. Through books that marry fiction with nonfiction, teachers can practice reading skills needed to build confident readers while also introducing key social studies content. The result? Students who are curious to learn about and connect with the world around them.

The founders of 241 Books stand smiling at an educational conference. They hold a history book titled "Two Spies in Jamestown", which is part of a nine book series. Their shirts read "Stronger Readers. Better Citizens."
